A big FAT flop

I dislike meals like this but they happen every so often. I had sour cream pork chops on the menu but when it came time to cook dinner I did not really want them. I think it was the pork I did not want. I ended up making a concoction that was just gross I think but we ate it anyways . I cut the pork into chunks and coated them with seasoned flour and fried them up. I also fried up some onions and boiled for egg noodles. I make a homemade creamy sauce with dijon mustard and sour cream and veggie stock. Mixed it all together and baked with some cheese on the top. Served with with homemade bread and some green beans.

I will not make it again.
