You would of thought I just hit the jackpot.
Shawn and I made a loaf of bread tonight to have with lunch tomorrow. It calls for an egg wash before you put it in the oven. I usually just toss the egg after I do the wash. Well I have been hearing how you can put an egg in the microwave and thought I would give it a try. As my cousin Garrett would say " Bon Apetite "
Easy Scrambled Eggs
1 egg
1 tbsp water
1 slice cheese
Whisk in a microwave safe bowl, Microwave on high for 30 sec. Mix. Microwave for 25 sec. Place a slice of cheese on top and enjoy. Would work really well on an egg sammy.
