Carna Asada Tacos

YUMMY - Yummo - Delicious - I could go on !!!

Shawn had been asking for this and I have not made them in forever. I think I don't like making them cause you have to let them sit for so long before cooking them. But oh boy was it worth it.

I made them with a Tex-Mex Rice that I love. I froze the left over meat for a dinner that we are gonna have on Friday. I served it with all the fixens - Chopped Onions, Lettuce, Maters, Cheese, Limes, Salsa and Corn Tortilla. Next time I will fry to the Tortilla not just warm them. I like them better with a little bit of crunches.
